Company got upset and placed advertisements in newspapers when people start leaving WhatsApp - Urdu Videos
The messaging application WhatsApp has faced difficulties in
India due to its new privacy policy, with millions of users leaving it and
moving on to other applications. WhatsApp has now launched a regular
advertising campaign in newspapers to prevent its users from switching to other
apps. According to The Independent, India is the largest WhatsApp market in the
world with over 400 million users. That is why India is the only country where
advertisements have been placed in newspapers by WhatsApp.
This 'full page' advertisement in 10 major newspapers of
India, WhatsApp said, "We respect and protect your privacy." The text
of the advertisement was explained by WhatsApp. Its new privacy policy will not
affect the privacy of people's messages. It is to be noted that legal action
against this new privacy policy against WhatsApp has also started from India
where a lawyer named Chetnia Rohila has approached the Delhi High Court against
the new policy of WhatsApp and declared it a violation of national security.
